Modular Paint/Sealer Heating and Cooling System
This unit is bespoke designed to control any number of paint or sealer systems. The capability of the system will provide a temperature rise or fall of 4°C to an accuracy of +/- 1°C.
Features Include:
• Reiter Temperature Regulator c/w electric heater/Secondary circuit heat exchanger, PID controller, failsafe thermostat and Quick release connections.
• Stand alone chiller unit, duty to suit full system demand (customer chilled water system can be used).
• 316L Stainless Steel Spiral Tube heat exchangers c/w drain point.
• Chiller by-pass unit.
• Individual commissioning stations for chilled water and process water feeds.
• 304L Stainless Steel process water pipework c/w paint connection points.
• 304L stainless Steel mounting frame
• PT100 temperature sensors c/w 316 stainless steel thermowell pockets.
• Fire Class ‘0’ thermal insulation.
• Individual Powers Supply Board
• Pre-tested and commissioned
• Site services required for operation – power supply & towns water supply
• Units can be used in conjunction with jacketed tanks or heated hoses.
